As part of our oversight responsibilities as members of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, I joined the Chairman of the Committee, Senator Abubakar Sani Bello, my distinguished colleague, Senator Adetokunbo Abiru, and the Nigerian Ambassador to Tanzania for an interactive session with members of the Technical Aid Corps (TAC) in Tanzania.
Our engagement focused on their welfare, working conditions, and the impact they continue to make through Nigeria’s Technical Aid Corps programme. These dedicated professionals are outstanding ambassadors of our country, deploying their knowledge and expertise to support development while strengthening Nigeria’s friendship and cooperation with other African nations.
I commend the TAC volunteers for their patriotism, professionalism, and commitment to service. We remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote the welfare of Nigerians serving abroad and advance our nation’s foreign policy objectives.
Keep Hope Alive!
