
Former Chief Whip of the 9th Senate and Senator representing Abia North Senatorial Zone, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has called on members and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State to fully participate in the party’s ongoing electronic registration exercise.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Senator Kalu described the e-registration process as a critical step toward strengthening the APC’s internal structures, deepening internal democracy, and building a credible, people-driven party across the state.
He urged both existing and prospective members to seize the opportunity to register or update their personal details, noting that a strong and verifiable membership database is essential for effective participation and future electoral success.
According to him, active involvement in the registration exercise will help reposition the APC for greater growth, inclusiveness, and competitiveness in Abia State.
Senator Kalu emphasized that unity, commitment, and mass participation remain key to the party’s success, adding that the APC is determined to build a solid foundation that reflects the aspirations of the people.
He reaffirmed his confidence that with collective effort and active engagement, the APC will emerge stronger and better prepared for future political contests in the state.
